Terms of use
Short version: it is free, it is play money only, and it is a study tool rather than an authority. Using the site means accepting what follows.
There is no gambling here
PoketPoker is a calculator and a practice game. No real money is involved anywhere. You cannot deposit, wager, win or withdraw anything. The practice game uses play-money chips with no value, no prizes and nothing that can be exchanged for anything. Nothing on this site is a betting service, a casino, or an introduction to one, and no real-money gambling operator is promoted here.

It is free, and provided as it is
The site costs nothing and requires no account. It is offered without warranty of any kind: it may be unavailable, it may contain mistakes, and it may change or be withdrawn at any time. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from using it — including any decision made at a poker table.
Machine access, and what is paid
The website is free and stays free: every page, every guide, and the page for each of the 1,326 starting hands costs nothing to read. What is paid is a separate, machine-facing interface that returns the detailed record for a hand — equity against modelled ranges, position-by-position guidance, and the exact card-removal effect of specific cards. It exists for automated callers; nothing on the site itself is behind it.
That interface is priced at $0.01 per call in USDC and uses x402, an open protocol built on HTTP’s 402 status code. There is no account and no subscription, and nothing is stored about who calls it: a payment authorisation is checked, settled, and its identifier kept only long enough that a repeated request is not charged twice. The published figures are licensed CC BY 4.0 — reuse them with attribution.
The same interface also lets an automated caller play a hand of poker against this site’s practice opponents, priced per hand. It is a benchmark for software rather than a game for people: the cards are play money with no value, nothing can be won or cashed out, and the only thing paid for is the computation.
The data is derived by this site’s own engine and is offered as it is, for analysis and study. It is not betting advice, and none of it involves real-money gambling.
The numbers, and their limits
The odds are computed on your own device by this site’s engine. Where every card is known it counts every remaining board exactly; otherwise it simulates within a time budget, so a figure can shift very slightly between runs. The engine is tested against published equities, but it is a study aid, not a guarantee, and the chip-value verdicts are simple pot-odds arithmetic rather than a solver.
The AI answers are guidance
The coach and the rules referee are language models. They are given this site’s computed numbers and are instructed not to invent their own, but they can still be wrong or incomplete. For rules disputes in particular: the referee explains what the major rule sets say, and it tells you which one it followed — but the floor supervisor’s or tournament director’s decision at the table is always final, and this site has no standing to overrule it.
Your use of it
Use the site normally and you will never bump into this section. Please don’t try to break it, overwhelm it, or use the AI endpoint as a general-purpose model relay for something else — that costs the operator money and would end the free service for everyone.
What belongs to whom
The site, its text, and the poker engine behind it are the operator’s own work and are protected by copyright. The rules referee summarises the major rule sets in its own words and does not reproduce them; those rule sets belong to the bodies that publish them. You are welcome to link to any page here.
Age
There is no real-money gambling on this site, so it carries no legal age restriction. It is written for adults learning a card game.
Responsible disclosure — reporting a security problem
If you find a security flaw, please report it to admin@poketpoker.com and give the operator a reasonable chance to fix it before describing it publicly. Say what you found and how to reproduce it; a reply should come within a few days. There is no bug bounty and no payment — this is one person’s side project, and the honest offer is that a report will be read, answered and acted on.
Everything under poketpoker.com is in scope. What is not in scope: flooding the
site or the AI endpoint with traffic to prove it can be flooded, anything that degrades the
service for other people, and reports from an automated scanner with nothing shown to be
actually exploitable. There are no user accounts and no personal data to reach, so please
don’t go looking for either.
Research done in good faith under these terms is welcome, and the operator will not pursue a complaint over it. Machine-readable details are in /.well-known/security.txt.
Abuse
To report abuse — someone misusing the site or the paid interface, content that should not be here, or traffic coming from this domain that should not be — write to abuse@poketpoker.com. It reaches the operator directly and is read. Abuse of the service itself is covered under “Your use of it” above.
Refunds
The website is free, so there is nothing to refund. The machine-facing interface charges $0.01 per call, settled at the moment of the call: there is no account, no subscription and no stored balance, so there is nothing held that could be returned. If a call is charged and the answer does not arrive — a fault at this end rather than a malformed request — write to billing@poketpoker.com with the payment identifier and it will be refunded. At these amounts the honest position is that the operator will take your word for it.
